Marin County Annual Report

2015 is looking to be another fantastic year in Marin County real estate. With mortgage interest rates at (still) unbelievable lows and a high demand for great homes I expect it will be a great year to both buy AND sell. Why both? Selling in a market with more demand than available inventory always keeps sales prices up. And buying in a market with these low interest rates means a great savings on long-term investments. What we really need right now is more inventory and I expect it’s on its way. As with every year we always see an increase in inventory right after the Super Bowl and then it continues until summer time. I expect this year will continue to follow the same trend and I see it evidenced in my own business as well. I am working on a number of great listings to hit the market in the next 30 days and then some.

San Anselmo Film Night in the Park – Saturday 09/27 – Frozen

I am excited to be sponsoring Film Night in the Park again this year. This Saturday’s movie is Disney’s Frozen at Creek Park in downtown San Anselmo.
