I hope you are off to a "great" start to 2021. I know "great" is probably not what many people are feeling right now. But, I view "great" as healthy, hopeful, and finding ways to stay positive. One thing is for certain, I feel a lot better when I lay off the news and social media. I believe we find what we are looking for and the world reflects back to us what we believe. So, my best advice to help us get through these final (please!!!) months of Covid is to fill your brain and environment with things that uplift you. Find a great podcast (I have a ton of recommendations), read passages from an inspirational book, explore a new trail nearby, be of service to someone who needs you and SMILE more. Despite all of the chaos and sadness, there is so much to be grateful for. But, it's up to us to decide where we will focus our energy.
So, with that said I have been very busy planning for 2021! I have big plans for my amazing business and have every intention to make 2021 the best year ever! We expect 2021 will be a year unlike any other as the housing market responds to the challenges and changing preferences that emerged in 2020. And, I am ready!!!

Pandemic, shelter in place, mass unemployment, terrible financial hardships for many households and small businesses, new ways of working, office buildings empty, people move, dreadful fires, an anxious presidential election, interest rates to historic lows, stock markets to new highs, IPO mania breaks out again, vaccines begin to arrive – and, after an initial crash in activity, the real estate market went into hyper-drive, with median home sales prices hitting new peaks. The Bay Area luxury home market, in particular, was extremely strong.
