Dear Clients, Friends, Family, Neighbors, Everyone…

Well, it's been a while since I have sent out a newsletter. Q4 of 2023 kept me busy, busy and I am grateful because many of my colleagues had a rough year. Did you know that there are 1.6M agents in the US and 49% of them did 0-1 deal the entire year? That's a tough situation for so many and I am glad to say 2024 is setting up to be a good year ahead. With interest rates back in the 6% range buyers are out and looking to buy!
