Dear Clients, Friends, Family, Neighbors, Everyone…
HELLO!!! It’s been a long time since I have sent a newsletter. I hope you have missed me :) My amazing assistant of 10 years, Christina, went on sabbatical last summer so I had to get straight into hiring mode while remaining focused on providing a high level of service and care to my loyal clients. I am happy to say my team is growing and I am excited to share more in the weeks to come.
It’s been a trying time in our world and I want to acknowledge the courage and heartache the Ukrainian people are facing. Peace is certainly on the top of my mind and although I can not personally bring peace to Ukraine I can show up with a peaceful heart and energy wherever I go. I start each morning focused on trying to raise my vibration and those around me. It seems to be getting harder and harder these days but I wholeheartedly believe in continuing to look forward even when faced with hardship. Sometimes it’s the little things that have the biggest impact.
Today, I want to share with you my excitement for what’s ahead in the real estate market in our community and a reflection on a “little thing” that’s made a big impact on me. The “little things” really need more acknowledgement
.
In November, with the encouragement of my business coach, I decided to add a new routine to my morning ritual. For the last four months, I’ve risen around 5am each morning and immediately done something that infuses my day with joy. I dance! Not a dance routine, or to a dance instructor, but just put my headphones on full-blast and dance like there’s no tomorrow. Because it was a small and easy commitment, this new morning routine has changed me in big ways. It gets me moving, it gets me pumped up, and makes me feel alive and excited for what’s ahead. I look forward to it every morning…just three songs!
Little things also make a big difference in a home sale. I love working with my clients to find those special things that turn a house into a home. Just recently, a simple change of removing kitchen cabinets from a part of a kitchen made a huge impact on the light, view, and spaciousness of my seller’s home. The 20+ year owners were shocked at how that simple, inexpensive shift created an entirely new feeling. They now had a view in the living room they had been in for 20 years!
Our spring real estate season is in full swing but we need inventory!! Most of the buyers are moving from congested areas in the Bay and they want SPACE or at least the feeling of space. 80% of my business in 2021 was representing Sellers and it was a wild and exciting ride. Me and my team manage the entire process making it seamless and rewarding for our clients—so if you are interested in seeing if your home can draw these 15-20-30% over list price offers then reach out to me asap and I will give you a no-nonsense opinion of what I can do for you.
Take a look at what’s going on in the market and our community below. Together, let’s pay attention to the little things that can brighten up each day. Share them with me if you run into me in town or send me a quick note—I’d love to hear from you! Sending you warm wishes as we dance our way into spring.
