How is it December already? 2020 has felt like both the slowest and fastest year ever but it will sure feel good to close the door on this one.
The new Stay-at-home orders do not seem to be having much of an impact on the real estate market. Real estate falls under "essential business" and we are continuing to show and sell properties following strict Covid policies implemented earlier this year. Buyers are still out in full force doing everything they can to find their new home before year-end and Sellers are still hoping to capitalize on the incredible Sellers market we have experienced all year.
